This policy explains how the platform handles wallet lookups, session key submissions and support communications when users verify live account data.
Virtual Account may process wallet search inputs, navigation events and form submissions so users can verify live account activity through their wallet. When a withdrawal request is created, the submitted session key and wallet address are stored for manual verification and operational review.
The platform displays operational account information such as open trades, transaction history and the amount currently active in live positions. This data is used to present the account state to the user and to support secure withdrawal review, not for unrelated profiling.
Access to stored wallet-linked data, request records and session keys should be limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational purpose. Information may be retained only as long as necessary for support, security, compliance and withdrawal verification workflows.
