These terms define the rules for using the Virtual Account platform to verify wallet-linked live data, review open trades and request secure access to available funds.
By using Virtual Account, users agree to access the platform only for lawful account verification, transaction review, trade monitoring and legitimate withdrawal verification requests. Users may not abuse the service, submit false credentials or attempt to interfere with platform operations.
The information displayed by the platform is intended to help the user understand the live state of the wallet-linked account, including open trades and related funds. While we aim to keep data current, users remain responsible for independently confirming any financial decisions taken from the displayed information.
We may delay, reject or manually review withdrawal requests when the submitted session key is invalid, the wallet data is inconsistent or further verification is required. We may also update, suspend or limit access to features for maintenance, security, compliance or product changes.
